Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, bespoke creations, and specialty drinks, adhering to luxury yacht standards.
- Maintain a well-stocked, impeccably clean, and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in excellent working condition and fully operational.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, conduct stock takes, and control costs while minimizing waste and ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner, recommending beverages, taking orders, and ensuring their complete satisfaction.
- Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, and manage bar floats.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, both maritime and hospitality-specific, ensuring a safe environment for guests and crew.
- Work collaboratively with other crew members, including service staff and chefs, to ensure seamless service delivery across all guest areas of the yacht.
- Assist with provisioning, secure storage, and management of bar supplies in challenging marine environments and during extended voyages.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Bartender or Bar Service professional, with a strong preference for experience in luxury hotels, resorts, cruise lines, or private yacht settings.
- Exceptional knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and comprehensive cocktail preparation techniques and recipes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a close-knit team in a live-aboard environment for extended periods.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation standards, reflecting the luxury nature of the yacht.
- Possession of relevant hospitality certifications (e.g., bartending course, food hygiene) and a valid STCW certificate (or willingness to obtain one immediately).
- A strong commitment to guest satisfaction, attention to detail, and a proactive service-oriented approach.
- Legal eligibility to live and work in Indonesia.
