Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately document and catalog incoming luxury inventory into the internal database.
- Perform physical verification and condition checks on high-value products.
- Maintain high standards of organization within the warehouse/inventory facility.
- Assist with the labeling, tagging, and preparation of items for display or online listing.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure seamless stock movement and tracking.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
- Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations in the office.
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates (Diploma or Degree holders preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle delicate/high-value items with care.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with database entry software.
- Ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, sorting, and labeling.
- Excellent organizational skills and a disciplined work ethic.
- Strong command of English; knowledge of Japanese is a plus but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a structured, fast-paced retail support environment.
