Tanggung Jawab
- Design and customize bespoke travel experiences tailored to the preferences and needs of high-end clientele
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with luxury clients, ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of luxury travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, dining, and exclusive experiences
- Stay updated on luxury travel trends, destinations, and offerings to provide innovative and competitive solutions
- Manage client accounts, handle inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with travel partners, hotels, and service providers to secure the best options for clients
- Prepare detailed itineraries, proposals, and travel documentation for clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the luxury travel portfolio
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or client account management
- Proven track record of managing high-end clientele and delivering exceptional service
- Extensive knowledge of luxury travel destinations, accommodations, and experiences
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in travel management software and CRM systems
