Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute luxury river cruise sales strategies to meet/exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain high-value client relationships through personalized consultations
- Curate bespoke itineraries featuring premium river cruise lines and exclusive experiences
- Manage end-to-end booking processes with meticulous attention to detail
- Stay current on industry trends, destination updates, and new cruise product launches
- Collaborate with suppliers to secure preferred rates and unique amenities
- Handle complex client inquiries with solutions-oriented approach
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in luxury travel or specialized cruise sales
- Proven track record in client relationship management and sales conversion
- Deep knowledge of global river cruise destinations and premium cruise lines
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in travel booking systems (Sabre, Amadeus, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in cross-functional teams
