Tanggung Jawab
- Design and customize exclusive travel itineraries for U.S. luxury clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Collaborate with global suppliers to secure premium accommodations and experiences
- Manage end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and activities
- Stay current on luxury travel trends, destinations, and industry innovations
- Handle complex travel logistics and provide 24/7 client support
- Contribute to sales targets and revenue growth strategies
- Utilize CRM systems to document client preferences and travel history
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in luxury travel or high-end hospitality
- Deep knowledge of U.S. destinations, luxury properties, and exclusive experiences
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with international teams
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex travel scenarios
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- Fluency in English with excellent presentation skills
