Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver personalized guest services including anticipatory care and special requests
- Manage villa operations including inventory control, maintenance coordination, and staff supervision
- Coordinate all guest activities including transportation, dining reservations, and local experiences
- Handle guest check-in/check-out procedures with precision and warmth
- Prepare and serve meals and beverages to guest specifications
- Maintain impeccable villa standards through daily inspections and quality control
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with discretion and professionalism
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years luxury hospitality experience in villa or boutique hotel setting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Deep knowledge of Balinese culture, attractions, and local services
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and polished service etiquette
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
