Tanggung Jawab
- Support end-to-end product operations lifecycle for TikTok Local Services initiatives
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and process inefficiencies
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to implement feature improvements
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, playbooks, and performance metrics
- Assist in A/B testing design and analysis for product optimization
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field (business, data science, operations, or related majors preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex datasets
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (SQL knowledge is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
