Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive economic empowerment programs aligned with community needs
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing community development initiatives and training workshops
- Monitor program effectiveness through KPI tracking and impact assessments
- Forge strategic partnerships with local businesses, NGOs, and government agencies
- Develop sustainable funding models and manage program budgets efficiently
- Conduct market research to identify emerging economic opportunities
- Ensure program compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in community development or economic program management
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex projects
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven program evaluation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Knowledge of local economic landscape in Nusa Tenggara Barat preferred
- Experience with grant writing and resource mobilization
