Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to all boutique visitors, ensuring a luxury retail experience.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of watch movements, brand heritage, and technical specifications.
- Proactively build and nurture a portfolio of high-net-worth clients to drive repeat business.
- Execute daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and boutique maintenance.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and individual key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in the preparation and execution of exclusive in-store events and product launches.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and after-sales service requests with professionalism and grace.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or Diploma in any field; retail management or luxury sales certifications are an advantage.
- 1-3 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end customer service preferred.
- Deep passion for horology and the luxury watch market.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse, international clientele.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in a second language is a significant advantage for serving our global client base.
