- Maintain impeccable yacht cleanliness and presentation standards across all guest areas
- Provide personalized concierge service during charters and private events
- Execute safety protocols and emergency procedures with precision
- Coordinate with deck and engineering teams for smooth operations
- Assist with inventory management and provisioning for yacht amenities
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues proactively
- Prepare yachts for daily operations, including setting up amenities and refreshments
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in hospitality, luxury service, or yacht crew roles
- STCW certification or equivalent maritime safety training
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship
- Fluency in English; Mandarin or other languages advantageous
