We are seeking a dedicated M&E / Air-Con Technician Cum Driver to join our professional team. In this multi-faceted role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that mechanical and electrical systems remain in peak condition while providing reliable transport support to our service sites.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing of air-conditioning units and M&E systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical or mechanical faults efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Execute site repairs and component replacements according to technical manuals and safety standards.
- Safely operate company vehicle to transport tools, equipment, and team members to various project sites in Singapore.
- Maintain accurate service logs, repair reports, and inventory of spare parts used on-site.
- Ensure compliance with all local safety and building regulations during service operations.
- Coordinate with clients and site supervisors to provide updates on maintenance progress.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in M&E or Air-Con maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to read technical drawings is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills in English to interact with clients and teammates.
- Physical fitness to handle equipment and operate in various environmental conditions.
