The Role: As an M & E Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all Mechanical & Electrical works at construction sites. You will review and interpret shop drawings, ensure compliance with specifications, and liaise with subcontractors and consultants to resolve technical issues. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively will be key to project success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise all M&E works at construction sites
- Review construction and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams to facilitate smooth operations
- Monitor site progress and prepare detailed reports
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of M&E materials and equipment
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve technical issues on site
- Maintain project documentation and as-built records
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E coordination in construction
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, building codes, and safety regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team player with a proactive attitude
