We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive M&E Coordinator to join our construction project team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary liaison between consultants, sub-contractors, and the internal project team to ensure the seamless execution of Mechanical and Electrical works.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical drawing review, site coordination, and resolving complex interdisciplinary issues on-site. You will play a key role in ensuring that all M&E installations adhere to design specifications, local building codes, and safety standards, contributing significantly to the timely and successful delivery of our projects.
Tanggung Jawab
- Attend and participate in regular site meetings with consultants and stakeholders to track project progress.
- Review and interpret complex M&E drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to identify potential clashes or constructability issues.
- Coordinate M&E installation works on-site, ensuring strict adherence to the project schedule and technical requirements.
- Liaise with external consultants and contractors to resolve technical queries and site-related discrepancies.
- Supervise sub-contractors to ensure work quality meets company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor site progress and prepare comprehensive reports on M&E installation status for project management.
- Ensure all works comply with local Singaporean building regulations and safety standards (WSH).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in M&E coordination within the construction or building industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or BIM software is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of Singapore building codes and M&E installation standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse project stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and blueprints accurately.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
