KTC Civil Engineering & Construction is seeking a proactive and skilled M&E Coordinator to join our dynamic project team in Jurong East. As a pivotal player in our construction operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of mechanical and electrical systems within large-scale civil engineering projects.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between design consultants, subcontractors, and site execution teams. You will be at the forefront of technical coordination, troubleshooting complex M&E issues, and ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise all M&E works on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and drawings.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Lead technical coordination meetings with subcontractors and consultants to resolve site clashes or design inconsistencies.
- Review M&E shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions for technical accuracy.
- Manage the project M&E documentation, including inspection requests, RFI logs, and progress reports.
- Liaise with relevant authorities and utility companies to ensure smooth permit approvals and utility diversions.
- Implement and enforce strict safety and health protocols on-site regarding all mechanical and electrical installations.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E coordination for civil engineering or large-scale building construction projects in Singapore.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM (Revit), and project management software.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Building Control Authority (BCA) regulations and codes of practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in a live site environment.
