Ltd. is seeking a dedicated M&E Coordinator to join our client's dynamic project team in the East Region of Singapore. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the seamless integration of Mechanical and Electrical systems within large-scale building projects.
The successful candidate will act as the bridge between design, engineering, and site execution teams, ensuring that all M&E installations adhere to safety standards, budget constraints, and project timelines. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate M&E services drawings and site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality control standards.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and discrepancies on-site.
- Prepare and update progress reports, method statements, and technical submittals.
- Attend project coordination meetings to discuss scheduling, design changes, and site challenges.
- Assist in the review of M&E shop drawings to ensure accuracy and constructability.
- Ensure all engineering works comply with local building regulations and safety standards (WSH).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in M&E coordination within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or BIM software is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of Singapore building codes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read and interpret complex M&E and architectural drawings.
