As our M&E Coordinator, you will be the central hub for all M&E coordination activities. Your primary mission will be to ensure that all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works are executed flawlessly, from initial planning and installation through to testing, commissioning, and handover. You will work hand-in-hand with project teams to solve complex technical problems, ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards, and maintain seamless communication across all parties. Your ability to oversee contractor performance and drive site progress will be instrumental in keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise all M&E works on-site to ensure strict adherence to project drawings, specifications, and construction schedules.
- Liaise closely with project managers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to facilitate the seamless integration of M&E systems.
- Monitor daily site progress and prepare comprehensive reports on M&E activities, risks, and milestones.
- Review M&E shop drawings, technical submissions, method statements, and materials for compliance and approval.
- Conduct rigorous quality checks and site inspections to identify defects and ensure workmanship meets industry standards.
- Resolve technical conflicts and coordinate M&E services with architectural and structural works.
- Facilitate the testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E installations to clients.
- Maintain accurate as-built documentation and ensure all records are updated as per project requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of working experience in M&E coordination within the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems including HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection, and Plumbing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and standard office software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to project challenges.
- Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) or related professional body is an added advantage.
