Tanggung Jawab
- Review, coordinate, and generate subcontractor M&E shop drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Liaise between contractors, suppliers, and project teams to resolve technical discrepancies
- Manage M&E documentation including RFIs, submittals, and as-built drawings
- Monitor project progress against schedules and report on M&E milestones
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients for integrated project delivery
- Conduct site inspections to verify M&E installations align with design intent
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of M&E coordination experience in Singapore construction sector
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM modeling software
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations (BCA requirements)
- Experience with subcontractor management and procurement processes
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination
- Ability to work independently under tight project deadlines
