Tanggung Jawab
- Review M&E drawings for discrepancies with architectural and structural plans
- Coordinate on-site installation of mechanical and electrical systems
- Monitor compliance with project specifications and safety standards
- Manage documentation including change orders and as-built drawings
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities
- Resolve technical conflicts between MEP systems
- Prepare progress reports and quality control documentation
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years M&E coordination experience in construction
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP)
- Knowledge of Malaysian building codes and regulations
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with project management software (Primavera, MS Project)
- Certification in M&E project management preferred
