- Monitor and track M&E project performance metrics against KPIs
- Validate on-site progress and compliance with engineering specifications
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders and management
- Coordinate with contractors to resolve M&E discrepancies
- Ensure project adherence to timelines and budget constraints
- Implement quality control measures for M&E systems
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years M&E coordination experience in construction
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, BIM software)
- Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations
