As an M&E Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our projects, acting as the primary liaison between engineering teams, subcontractors, and site management. You will oversee the technical coordination, ensuring that all mechanical and electrical installations adhere to industry standards, safety protocols, and project timelines. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage all M&E technical activities on-site to ensure smooth project progress.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for accuracy.
- Liaise closely with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and design conflicts.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and compliance with building regulations.
- Monitor site progress against project schedules and prepare detailed progress reports for management.
- Oversee the testing and commissioning of M&E services to ensure system functionality.
- Enforce strict workplace safety (WSH) standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in construction or metal works industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is essential.
- Strong understanding of local building codes and M&E installation standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a site environment.
- Valid certifications in safety (e.g., BCSS) will be an added advantage.
