Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical installation activities across construction sites
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to technical specifications and schedules
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks for M&E systems
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports and compliance records
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for seamless execution
- Implement safety protocols and sustainability best practices on-site
- Manage budget controls and resource allocation for M&E components
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of M&E coordination experience in construction
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with BIM/CAD software and project management tools
