Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical engineering activities across project phases
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and contracts for compliance
- Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to resolve technical issues
- Monitor M&E project progress and prepare status reports
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage procurement and installation of M&E equipment
- Conduct site inspections and troubleshooting
- Prepare as-built documentation and handover packages
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of M&E coordination experience in construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Experience with large-scale commercial/residential projects
