In this crucial position, you will be the backbone of our M&E operations, responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of M&E installations. Your daily activities will encompass meticulous project planning, rigorous progress monitoring, stringent quality assurance and control (QA/QC), and unwavering adherence to safety standards. You will ensure that all M&E systems – including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection – meet the highest industry standards and regulatory compliance. Beyond technical oversight, you will be instrumental in fostering seamless coordination with various stakeholders, including main contractors, specialist sub-contractors, consultants, and internal project teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient problem-solving on site.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate, supervise, and monitor all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works progress on site, ensuring alignment with project schedules and specifications.
- Manage and control M&E materials, equipment, and resources, optimizing usage and preventing wastage.
- Implement and enforce robust safety procedures and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) protocols for all M&E installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive progress reports, technical documentation, and site meeting minutes to project management and relevant stakeholders.
- Act as a key liaison for M&E related matters, coordinating effectively with main contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, clients, and internal engineering teams.
- Identify and resolve M&E-related technical issues and discrepancies on site promptly, proposing practical and effective solutions.
- Review and interpret M&E drawings, specifications, and design documents, ensuring proper implementation and identifying potential clashes or improvements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify the quality of workmanship and adherence to design specifications and safety guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in M&E coordination or engineering roles, preferably within the construction, building services, or infrastructure sectors in Singapore.
- Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, and extra-low voltage (ELV) systems.
- Familiarity with local codes, regulations, and industry best practices related to M&E works in Singapore.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting M&E drawings, schematics, and specifications. Experience with AutoCAD or BIM software is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solver with a meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
