Are you an aspiring M&E Engineer looking to fast-track your career with one of Singapore's top-tier A1 Main Contractors? We are seeking a highly motivated M&E Coordinator to join a dynamic project team. This role is ideal for an engineering graduate who is eager to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and large-scale site execution.
As an M&E Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the technical coordination of mechanical and electrical services. You will work closely with consultants, subcontractors, and the construction team to ensure that site activities align with design intent, safety standards, and project schedules. If you possess a PEB-recognized degree and have a keen eye for technical detail, this is your opportunity to work on landmark construction projects.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate M&E services drawings and resolve technical conflicts between trades during the design and construction phases.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met on time and within budget.
- Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Review M&E shop drawings and method statements for accuracy and constructability.
- Manage technical submissions and documentation, ensuring all records are up to date for authority inspections.
- Monitor site progress and report potential bottlenecks to the Project Manager promptly.
- Conduct material take-offs and assist in progress claims verification.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a construction environment, preferably with an A1 Main Contractor.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and authority submission procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM/Revit software is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex on-site technical issues.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and a professional work ethic.
