Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on residential construction sites, ensuring alignment with project specifications, drawings, and timelines.
- Review M&E designs, drawings, and technical specifications, providing constructive feedback and ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Singapore.
- Liaise effectively with consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution of M&E installations and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
- Monitor and supervise the progress and quality of M&E works, conducting regular site inspections and tests to ensure adherence to quality assurance and control procedures.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive M&E reports, documentation, and progress updates for project managers and relevant parties.
- Identify potential M&E issues, propose effective solutions, and implement corrective actions to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- Oversee the testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems, ensuring all systems function optimally and meet operational requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as an M&E Coordinator or similar role, with significant exposure to residential building projects in Singapore.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and lift systems.
- Familiarity with Singapore's building codes, regulations, and safety requirements (e.g., BCA, SCDF).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting M&E drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic project management tools.
