Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate M&E design activities across project phases from concept to completion
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's PPVC regulations and Green Mark certification requirements
- Review and integrate B Score/C Score energy efficiency standards into design documentation
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design conflicts
- Prepare and submit technical documentation to regulatory authorities
- Monitor design progress against project milestones and budget constraints
- Conduct value engineering analysis to optimize system performance
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in M&E design coordination
- Proficiency in Singapore's PPVC approval process and Green Mark requirements
- Expert knowledge of B Score/C Score energy rating systems
- Strong understanding of Singapore's building codes and regulations
- Experience with BIM/CAD design software (Revit, AutoCAD MEP)
- Certification in Green Mark sustainability practices preferred
