Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed technical drawings and schematics for mechanical and electrical systems using AutoCAD and Revit
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate M&E designs with architectural and structural plans
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Perform load calculations and equipment sizing for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Prepare design documentation including bills of quantities, material specifications, and cost estimates
- Conduct site visits to verify installations and resolve design-related issues during construction
- Stay updated on industry innovations and technologies to enhance design efficiency and sustainability
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E design and drafting for commercial or industrial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and relevant design software
- Strong understanding of Malaysian building codes and industry standards
- Excellent technical drawing skills with attention to precision and detail
- Ability to interpret complex engineering specifications and translate them into practical designs
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
