Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD for M&E construction projects.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to develop accurate design concepts and layouts.
- Review and modify existing drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) and material take-offs required for project estimation.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to local building codes and engineering best practices.
- Update as-built drawings and maintain accurate project archives and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (M&E related).
- Proficient in AutoCAD with a strong understanding of drafting standards and symbols.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the construction or M&E industry.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical blueprints and engineering specifications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
