Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Supervise on-site sub-contractors to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to resolve design conflicts during the construction phase.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality control.
- Manage project documentation, including technical drawings, material submittals, and progress reports.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Perform testing and commissioning to verify system performance upon project completion.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for M&E system issues as they arise.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in M&E coordination or project management within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM (Revit), or other relevant design software.
- Strong knowledge of local building regulations, codes of practice, and safety guidelines (WSH).
- Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to lead on-site teams.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under project timelines.
