Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate, supervise, and monitor all on-site mechanical and electrical installation works to ensure compliance with project specifications and local authority regulations.
- Review and interpret M&E drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications to identify and resolve potential design conflicts prior to construction.
- Manage sub-contractors' work progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to the project schedule.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure works are executed safely and meet the required quality standards.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and internal project teams to ensure seamless integration of M&E services within the building structure.
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for project management review.
- Troubleshoot site-related technical issues and provide effective, cost-efficient solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in M&E coordination within the construction or building industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM (Revit), and common project management software.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Building Control Authority (BCA) regulations and relevant technical codes of practice.
- Proven ability to manage sub-contractors and coordinate site activities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
