Tanggung Jawab
- Lead design, installation, and commissioning of M&E systems for large-scale projects
- Develop detailed technical specifications and engineering drawings using AutoCAD/BIM
- Conduct site inspections, quality control, and troubleshooting of mechanical/electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for M&E components
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for project milestones and handovers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of M&E engineering experience in construction or infrastructure
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM modeling software
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, and plumbing designs
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or M&E specialization preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams effectively
