Yeng Tong Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented M&E Engineer to support our diverse project portfolio. We are looking for a professional who excels in project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure the seamless delivery of mechanical and electrical systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate on-site M&E activities to ensure alignment with approved drawings and specifications.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities (BOQ) to prepare accurate reports.
- Liaise effectively with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders regarding project progress and material requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues, ensuring timely resolution and quality control.
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to Singaporean safety standards and BCA guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of progress reports and coordinate with project management for smooth workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (M&E).
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience in construction or engineering firms.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar engineering software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced site environment.
