As an M&E Engineer, you will work closely with Project Managers to oversee the entire lifecycle of M&E installations. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between design blueprints and on-site implementation, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring that all project milestones are met on time. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of M&E site activities.
- Supervise sub-contractors and site personnel to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Ensure all M&E works comply strictly with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and other relevant regulatory body requirements.
- Monitor site progress, resolve technical conflicts, and implement corrective measures to prevent delays.
- Prepare and review technical submissions, shop drawings, and method statements for approval.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to facilitate smooth site operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in M&E coordination within the construction or building services industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or BIM/Revit software for drawing interpretation and documentation.
- Strong understanding of Singapore building codes, safety regulations, and authority submission requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously.
- Proven track record in site supervision and project documentation.
