The Supreme HR Advisory is seeking a dedicated M&E Engineer to join our client's team in the West Region. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing technical operations, ensuring project compliance with local building codes, and driving efficiency across mechanical and electrical systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that all M&E installations meet the highest standards of safety and quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise M&E installation works on-site to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor work progress and ensure all tasks are completed within the stipulated timeline and budget.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, method statements, and inspection reports.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) regulations.
- Manage the procurement of materials and supervise sub-contractors' performance.
- Attend project coordination meetings and provide technical updates to the project team.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related building services field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in M&E building services or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards (e.g., BCA, SCDF, PUB).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or BIM software is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid certification in relevant safety courses (e.g., BCSS) is a plus.
