Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and supervise Mechanical and Electrical systems for high-profile construction projects
- Prepare detailed technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for M&E systems
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions to ensure optimal system performance
- Ensure all M&E systems comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project milestones
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in M&E engineering, preferably in construction or building services
- Professional certification (e.g., P.Eng, CEng) is highly desirable
- Proficiency in M&E design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar BIM tools
- Strong knowledge of local codes, regulations, and industry standards for M&E systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and precision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
