Join Elitez Group as a pivotal M&E Engineer and drive excellence in mechanical and electrical systems across diverse projects. You'll orchestrate engineering lifecycles from design conceptualization to final commissioning, ensuring seamless integration with construction timelines. This role demands technical mastery in HVAC, electrical distribution, and building automation systems while maintaining strict compliance with Singapore's regulatory frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance, implement energy-efficient solutions, and deliver sustainable infrastructure that meets the highest industry standards. Your expertise will directly impact project success through meticulous planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination in Singapore's dynamic Central Region.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead design, installation, and commissioning of M&E systems across commercial/residential projects
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's BC regulations and safety standards (SS/CP)
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to maintain project schedules and budgets
- Conduct site inspections, troubleshooting, and system optimization
- Prepare technical documentation including drawings, reports, and O&M manuals
- Implement energy management strategies and sustainable design practices
- Manage vendor relationships and technical specifications procurement
- Oversee commissioning processes and handover procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Professional certification (PE/P.Eng) or equivalent local accreditation
- Minimum 5 years of M&E engineering experience in Singapore's construction sector
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM modeling tools
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building codes and fire safety requirements
- Proven project management skills with PMP certification preferred
- Experience with energy-efficient systems and green building standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
