We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive M&E Engineer to join our building construction team in Changi. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all M&E site installation works to ensure alignment with approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor site progress and report on M&E work status, proactively identifying potential bottlenecks or technical clashes.
- Ensure full compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and quality management systems during site execution.
- Collaborate with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve technical issues and RFIs (Request for Information) promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify installation quality and adherence to Building and Construction Authority (BCA) standards.
- Manage material procurement, resource allocation, and workflow scheduling for M&E trades.
- Attend project meetings and provide technical updates to the project management team.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related construction discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E coordination within the building construction industry in Singapore.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, Singapore Standards (SS), and code of practice for M&E installations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, and Microsoft Project is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret complex technical blueprints.
- Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders, sub-contractors, and site teams effectively.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and on-site hazard management.
