Join our dynamic team as an M&E Engineer and drive excellence in building construction projects. You'll be responsible for the comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical and electrical systems across diverse construction sites. This role ensures projects meet stringent safety standards, regulatory compliance, and superior quality benchmarks while adhering to strict timelines and budgets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and clients to deliver sustainable and efficient building solutions. Your expertise will directly contribute to creating safe, functional, and high-performing infrastructure that meets modern environmental standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead M&E system design coordination and technical documentation for building projects
- Oversee site installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical/electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's building codes, BCA regulations, and safety protocols
- Manage subcontractors and vendors while maintaining quality control standards
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction phases
- Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation
- Optimize energy efficiency and sustainability in M&E system designs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of M&E engineering experience in building construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other BIM software
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building regulations (BCA) and fire safety codes
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Green Mark Practitioner preferred
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication abilities for stakeholder coordination
