Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical services on-site.
- Interpret and review blueprints, shop drawings, and schematics to ensure technical accuracy.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and building regulations.
- Monitor site progress and report on M&E work packages to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) protocols.
- Manage technical documentation, including RFIs, method statements, and material submission trackers.
- Troubleshoot site-related technical issues and provide prompt, effective engineering solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in the construction or building services industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM/Revit software is highly advantageous.
- Solid understanding of local building codes, fire safety regulations, and construction standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
