Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services and installations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and performance assessments for M&E works, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions promptly.
- Liaise effectively with main contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities (BCA, SCDF, PUB, EMA, NEA, LTA) to ensure smooth project progression and regulatory compliance.
- Review and interpret M&E drawings, specifications, technical submissions, and material approvals, providing expert input and resolving discrepancies.
- Manage M&E documentation, including progress reports, method statements, risk assessments, and commissioning records.
- Monitor and manage M&E project schedules, resources, and progress to meet critical milestones and overall project completion targets.
- Implement and enforce high standards of workplace safety and health (WSH) practices for all M&E activities on site.
- Participate actively in site meetings, contributing M&E expertise and coordinating inter-disciplinary activities to foster effective teamwork.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in M&E engineering or coordination within the construction industry, specifically on large-scale building projects.
- Demonstrated experience in managing M&E systems for projects with a gross floor area of at least 26,000 sqm in Singapore, specifically between April 2019 and April 2024.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Singapore's regulatory frameworks and codes, including BCA, SCDF, PUB, EMA, NEA, and LTA.
- Proficiency in reviewing M&E drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding construction site environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges and issues.
