Tanggung Jawab
- Design and oversee Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems including ACMV, Fire Protection, and Electrical services.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and technical audits to ensure project quality and safety.
- Coordinate seamlessly with architects, clients, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure all engineering designs and installations comply with local building codes and BCA standards.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, detailed drawings, and tender documentation.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets effectively from inception to completion.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
- Stay updated on sustainable engineering practices and integrate them into project designs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) with the Professional Engineers Board Singapore is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in M&E consultancy or building construction.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM applications.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s regulatory requirements and construction industry standards.
- Proven track record in managing complex engineering projects independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly analytical with a solution-oriented mindset.
