Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and coordination of all M&E systems for high-rise residential and commercial projects.
- Manage the submission and obtain timely approvals from local authorities (Bomba, TNB, Water Authorities, etc.).
- Supervise site installation works to ensure strict adherence to technical specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Review and validate consultant drawings, shop drawings, and materials submittals for accuracy and constructability.
- Coordinate with architectural and civil teams to resolve on-site technical clashes and design conflicts.
- Monitor project timelines and progress, identifying potential delays and implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and testing to ensure systems are commissioned successfully and handed over within project deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in M&E services, preferably within the high-rise construction sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of local building codes, MS standards, and authority submission requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM/Revit software is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and lead site meetings effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with diverse project stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to site management and project delivery.
