Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate mechanical and engineering projects from conception to completion
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and clients to resolve technical issues
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets
- Implement quality control measures and maintain engineering standards
- Manage subcontractors and vendor relationships effectively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of M&E engineering or coordination experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering software
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and industry standards
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Certification in M&E systems or project management preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
