Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the design and engineering of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems for new construction and renovation projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to blueprints and specifications.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, calculations, and drawings for internal review and client presentations.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project integration.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Manage project timelines and resources to meet key milestones within budget constraints.
- Identify potential technical risks and propose effective mitigation strategies during the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (M&E) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the civil engineering or construction industry.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent technical certification is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, fire protection, and electrical power systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Singapore driving license and willingness to travel to project sites.
