Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and clients to resolve technical issues and facilitate site progress.
- Prepare and review technical submissions, shop drawings, and method statements for M&E works.
- Manage on-site activities to ensure all works are performed in accordance with statutory requirements and building codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines.
- Monitor and track material deliveries and progress of M&E subcontractors to ensure efficient site productivity.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for site-based M&E challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.
- Proven experience as an M&E Engineer within the construction industry, preferably with A1 Main Contractors.
- Strong technical knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and authority requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic project team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
