As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of M&E projects, from initial planning and design to execution and completion. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute M&E engineering projects from conception to completion
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
- Lead and mentor project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project requirements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Prepare detailed project documentation, including reports and specifications
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in M&E project management
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, codes, and industry standards
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools
