Tanggung Jawab
- Lead MEP system design and documentation for interior fit-out projects
- Prepare tender submissions and manage contract documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for timely procurement
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's BCA regulations and safety standards
- Conduct cost estimation and value engineering exercises
- Perform site inspections and resolve technical discrepancies
- Manage project budgets and cost control measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of M&E engineering experience in interior fit-outs
- Professional QS certification (RICS, CIOB, or equivalent) preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and cost estimation software
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean building codes and regulations
- Experience in tender preparation and supplier management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
