CNQC, a global leader in construction and real estate development, is seeking a motivated M&E Engineer or Senior M&E Engineer to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru. In this role, you will play a critical part in the delivery of complex high-rise developments, ensuring that all mechanical and electrical systems are executed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
You will be working on-site, collaborating with cross-functional project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E services. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate all M&E site activities for high-rise construction projects to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.
- Supervise subcontractors and site personnel to maintain high standards of workmanship and project safety.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential technical issues before they impact the construction schedule.
- Review M&E shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements for accuracy and constructability.
- Manage the testing and commissioning process of M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing services.
- Coordinate closely with the civil and architectural teams to resolve site conflicts and ensure seamless integration of building services.
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for management review regarding site performance and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E coordination, preferably within the high-rise construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of local building regulations, M&E standards, and safety requirements.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and subcontractors.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical problems and implement effective solutions under pressure.
- Experience with project management software and AutoCAD is highly desirable.
