Banen Associates is currently seeking a highly motivated M&E Engineer or Senior M&E Engineer to join our dynamic team in the North-East region. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate all M&E site activities to ensure work is executed according to specifications and safety standards.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Liaise effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure timely project progress.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control and identify potential technical issues before they impact the schedule.
- Manage M&E documentation, including shop drawings, material submissions, and technical reports.
- Mentoring junior engineers and supervising sub-contractor workforces to maintain high performance and safety protocols.
- Attend project meetings and provide technical insights to resolve complex design or construction conflicts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in building construction, preferably with A1/A2 Main Contractors.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, authorities' requirements (BCA/SCDF/PUB), and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM (Revit), or other relevant engineering software is highly advantageous.
- Proven track record in managing M&E coordination for large-scale building projects.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
