Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise on-site M&E installations including HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and clients to ensure technical specifications are met
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
- Review engineering drawings and resolve design conflicts during construction
- Prepare progress reports, as-built documentation, and compliance certifications
- Implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to Singaporean building codes
- Manage material procurement and inventory control for M&E components
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of M&E site supervision experience in Singapore
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and AutoCAD
- Familiarity with BMS (Building Management Systems) integration
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building regulations (BCA requirements)
- Certification in M&E project management preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
